Job Description:

Join a specialized respiratory and neuro diagnostics team at a prestigious hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. This RRT-NICU role primarily focuses on advanced NICU respiratory care and neuro diagnostics, providing an engaging opportunity to work with critically ill children in a vibrant hospital setting. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 26-week contract, with every other weekend and holiday required. The unit features a self-scheduling system, giving some flexibility within a structured environment. Ideal candidates will have Level 4 NICU experience, cardiac PICU background preferred, and hold current RRT certification, BLS, and NRP. Candidates with VA and another state license are eligible for a temporary license for quick onboarding. This assignment offers an excellent chance to expand your skills within a challenging but rewarding pediatric ICU environment, working alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
