Job Description:

This urgent NICU RN position offers an opportunity to work in a highly specialized neonatal environment, caring for premature and critically ill newborns. The role involves 3 nights per week, 12-hour night shifts, providing assessment, stabilization, and intervention for infants ranging from 23 weeks gestation to four months old. You'll be performing bedside procedures, managing ventilators including high-frequency oscillators, and responding to neonatal emergencies with expertise. A sense of mission, precision, and compassion will define your work as you support fragile newborns and their families in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Candidates must be ready to start promptly and have at least two years of NICU experience, including Level 3-4 backgrounds, and proficiency with vents, oscillators, pressors, and micro preemies.
