Job Description:

This RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics contract role places you in a busy children's hospital setting, specializing in neonatal and pediatric care. You will work 12-hour day shifts, providing critical respiratory and neuro diagnostics support in a Level 4 NICU with a self-scheduling system that offers flexibility, though specific shift preferences are subject to accommodation. The position emphasizes technical proficiency in neonatal respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostic procedures, with opportunities to gain experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams. The assignment is notable for its focus on high-acuity neonatal units, requiring you to adapt quickly to complex cases and dynamic workflows. Expect a 26-week commitment, with a weekly schedule totaling approximately 36 hours, working every other weekend and holiday, including two out of three winter holidays. Your responsibilities will center around patient assessments, diagnostic support, and ensuring smooth operations within this specialized environment.
