Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the NICU unit at Parkridge East Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, working 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks. You will provide specialized nursing support in a well-equipped NICU with 23 beds, caring for preterm and critically ill infants. The role requires you to perform procedures such as PIV insertions, feeding tube placements, lab draws, and respiratory management, often assisting with intubations and surfactant administration. You'll join a highly experienced team, many with over two decades of NICU expertise, and have the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and documentation systems like Centricity Perinatal and Meditech. Typical weekly hours are 36, with occasional overtime and flexible weekend obligations, including standby or call as needed. This assignment offers a chance to contribute to a level III/IV NICU providing critical care while working in a setting that values expertise and professionalism.
