Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized neonatal intensive care environment. You will be responsible for providing critical care to fragile babies ranging from 22 weeks gestation and beyond, managing complex diagnoses such as HIE, RDS, sepsis, and congenital anomalies. The shift is an overnight 12-hour night schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with options for either four consecutive shifts without call or three shifts with bi-weekly call responsibilities. Expect to rotate to other NICU units or facilities as needed, with weekend coverage alternating every other week. You'll work with advanced equipment like Jet Ventilators, HFOV, and Alaris pumps, documenting care in EPIC and utilizing Pyxis/Omnicell systems. At least two years of NICU experience with NICU II and III cases, along with current BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications, and a SC license are required. This role suits experienced NICU nurses ready for a rewarding challenge in a fast-paced setting.
