Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse (RN) position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy Level II NICU environment. As part of this 13-week contract, you'll be responsible for providing specialized neonatal care during 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM). The role involves attending high-risk deliveries, managing infants in the NICU, and supporting families through complex procedures such as ventilator management, antibiotic administration, and invasive line care. With an average daily census of 6.9 patients in a unit with 20 beds, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional neonatal services. This assignment is tailored for experienced RNs with a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, seeking an engaging and impactful nursing role that emphasizes hands-on patient management in a vibrant hospital setting.
