Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical team as an OR RN at ThedaCare Orthopedics, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI. This 13-week contract offers a focused opportunity to work within a busy outpatient surgical center, where you'll assist in approximately 20-25 cases daily. Your expertise in orthopedics, neuro, and spine procedures—such as anterior and posterior fusions, discectomy, and pain injections—will be essential. The schedule features 10-hour days starting as early as 6am, with the flexibility to stay late if cases run over. You will be expected to participate in float assignments across ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius. The role emphasizes procedural scrub work, utilizing EPIC charting systems, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years of OR experience, including neuro and spine. A professional yet engaging position, it provides the chance to hone your skills in a hands-on, niche surgical environment while contributing to a team dedicated to outpatient orthopedic, spine, and pain management services.
