Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac stepdown unit in the nation’s capital, where you'll be integral to the care of patients with heart conditions like CHF, NSTEMI, and arrhythmias. This 13-week contract offers a unique chance to work on a 48-bed unit focusing on cardiac and pulmonary care, with frequent IV drips of Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex. Your role involves managing patients during 12-hour rotating shifts—am and pm—on a team that values skill, precision, and a collaborative spirit. Expect to utilize Cerner in a fast-paced environment requiring at least two years of cardiac tele experience and current RN licensure in DC.
