Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU team as a travel nurse, providing expert care to fragile newborns in a vibrant Colorado Springs facility. This NICU role focuses on infants with diagnoses such as RDS, prematurity, and hypoglycemia, working in Level III units with a 52-bed capacity. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, offering opportunities to develop your skills in neonatal intensive care, including handling vents, CPAP, and heated high-flow therapies. You’ll be working alongside on-call neonatologists, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3, and your responsibilities will include reading strips and supporting stabilization efforts during your shift.
