Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac ICU team in Omaha for a 13-week travel contract that immerses you in advanced cardiovascular care. Your role involves managing patients with cardiac and vascular diagnoses, including post-surgical and intermediate care cases, with a focus on titrating drips like Amio, Nitro, Nicardipine, and Epi. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, providing critical support in a unit that heavily supports thoracic, EP, cath lab, and structural heart procedures. The environment demands precise skills in interpreting remote tele monitors and troubleshooting RT equipment like BiPAP and CPAP. Expect to collaborate with hospitalists and intensivists on call 24/7, and to work alongside nursing aides in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This assignment is a great fit for experienced cardiac RNs eager to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art setting.
