Job Description:

Join a dedicated step-down registered nurse team on the 7th Floor Intermediate unit, where you'll be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding swiftly to changes. This role requires proficiency in reading telemetry data and managing cardiac and stroke patients, with exposure to various cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Lasix. The shift runs 12 hours during the day (07:00 - 19:30), with every other weekend work to maintain a balanced schedule. Your expertise will support a variety of renal and cardiac cases in a setting that emphasizes attentive, rhythm-focused patient care. Be prepared to demonstrate your telemetry and cardiac experience in a fast-paced environment that values your critical thinking and quick reactions.
