Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of MedSurg RNs in Fort Wayne, Indiana, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This assignment offers the chance to experience a diverse patient population, managing conditions from chronic illnesses like COPD and CHF to neurological and mental health disorders. You'll perform assessments, care planning, and procedures including IV management, wound care, and monitoring with equipment like EPIC, pyxis, and telemetry systems. The role involves floating within medical units and completing comprehensive orientation, including Epic training. Local clinicians benefit from a 12% rate reduction, with flexible call-off policies and guaranteed hours during orientation. This opportunity is ideal for RNs with at least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience, working in large hospital settings with over 450 beds.
