Job Description:

Join a busy Level I Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee, as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This Night shift role involves working 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing vital support on a team nursing model with a 1:12 ratio, split among RNs, LPNs, and Med Nurses. Ideal for experienced professionals with at least 2 years of recent inpatient medical-surgical experience, especially those accustomed to high-acuity environments. First-timers are usually not recommended, unless you have over 5 years in similar settings. Your duties will involve managing a diverse patient population, responding swiftly to emergencies, and contributing to the seamless flow of critical care operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a renowned hospital known for short-term acute care and trauma services, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
