Job Description:

This 13-week contract as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Philadelphia offers a unique opportunity to coordinate discharge planning and manage a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric cases, within hospital tele unit settings. Expect to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with each shift totaling 8 hours. Your role will involve approximately 25 cases per day, utilizing EPIC charting systems and adhering to a business casual dress code with a white lab coat. First-time travelers are welcome, and no weekend or on-call duties are required.
