Job Description:

Join Marshfield Medical Center as an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel contract. This role involves providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient therapy for adult and pediatric patients across multiple units, including trauma centers, ICUs, neuro, ortho, and rehab programs. You will conduct evaluations focused on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), document care plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team of rehab aides and COTAs. The assignment offers the opportunity to experience a diverse clinical setting with variable day shifts, including weekends and holidays, requiring flexibility and teamwork. Be prepared for a thorough credentialing process that ensures privileges within the facility, and note this role's emphasis on professional judgment, good communication, and adaptability—making this assignment both rewarding and unique.
