Job Description:

Join a dedicated psychiatric care team as a Behavioral Health RN for an approximately 13-week contract in Holyoke, MA. This role involves providing inpatient mental health services across adult, geriatric, and pediatric units, with a focus on patients diagnosed with conditions such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety. You will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, communicate clinical changes to the interdisciplinary team, and assist with discharge planning. The shift is 12 hours overnight, offering a unique opportunity to support patients during those quiet, focused hours. Candidates must have inpatient psychiatric experience, a current RN license in Massachusetts, and required certifications (BLS, HWC). This assignment provides a rewarding chance to make meaningful differences in patients’ lives while working in a hospital with 104 beds and a diverse patient population.
