Job Description:

This 13-week contract in Montgomery, Alabama, offers a unique opportunity for night shift mental health professionals to work in an 18-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. You’ll be responsible for supporting adult patients with a mix of addiction and mental health diagnoses, with a focus on de-escalation and crisis management. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a) with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, providing essential support alongside MHTs, unit clerks, and psych NPs. Use your skills to help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment while gaining valuable experience with Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing systems.
