Job Description:

This travel RN position is situated in a 20-bed surgical unit that predominantly handles post-operative patients, including orthopedics, gynecology, urology, and general surgeries. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week contract, during which you will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the guidance of licensed physicians. You may be floated to other units based on staffing needs, providing a varied and engaging experience. Expect to collaborate closely with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure individualized treatment plans. Flexibility and prior surgical experience are valued, and candidates should hold an active Pennsylvania RN license and BLS certification. This assignment offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in a fast-paced surgical environment while enjoying a meaningful travel experience.
