Job Description:

This orthopedic operating room RN contract offers a unique chance to work within a specialized surgical environment dedicated to orthopedic procedures. You will be responsible for assisting during orthopedic surgeries, managing sterile fields, and supporting the surgical team through 10-hour daytime shifts. The schedule includes 1-2 nights of call per week and 3 weekend call shifts over a 10-week period, with a response time of 30 minutes. Prior travel experience is required, as well as a strong orthopedic background, active VA or compact license, and BLS certification. This assignment provides a focused, fast-paced setting where your expertise helps ensure smooth surgical operations, all while experiencing the vibrant local healthcare scene.
