Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical-Surgical Clinical Observation Unit team as a Med/Surg RN on a 12-hour day shift. This 19-week assignment offers the chance to work in a teaching hospital environment where you'll engage with students and new hires regularly. You'll be responsible for patient observation, up to a 1:5/1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, and may take on charge responsibilities with appropriate training and pay differential. This role requires prior travel experience, and you'll work at least one major holiday, with the possibility of weekend-only requests and up to 20-week blocks to support the unit's staffing needs during the holiday season. Expect to encounter a collaborative atmosphere focused on supporting a diverse team, including students and new team members.
