Job Description:

Join a busy Level 1 Trauma Center in Seattle as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN). This 13-week contract offers a rotating 10-hour shift schedule, with start times at 08:45 or 10:45. You'll be primarily circulating in a 25-bed OR that handles orthopedic, spine, and neuro cases, requiring at least 2 years of OR experience within a trauma and neuro setting. This assignment is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a high-acuity environment while working alongside a dedicated team. Expect to perform around 60-70 cases weekly, with a focus on orthopedic and neuro surgeries. Flexibility is important, especially regarding weekend coverage. Certification in BLS is required, and circulating skills are a must. The hospital utilizes Epic for charting and Pyxis for medication management.
