Job Description:

Join a specialized surgical unit as a registered nurse in Rapid City, South Dakota, and experience a rewarding 13-week contract working 10-hour days. This role focuses on orthopedic, neurosurgical, ENT, and pain management cases, including total joints, microsurgery, and discectomy procedures. You will be part of a tight-knit team supporting a facility with four beds, handling an average of 7-13 cases daily. The position offers an engaging opportunity to use your circulation skills in a fast-paced OR environment, with some support on the unit and potential to float to the larger hospital campus if needed. Expect to work weekdays with call twice a week and participate in holiday rotations—a chance to build experience while enjoying some work-life balance.
