Job Description:

Join ThedaCare Neenah as a Certified Surgical Technician for a 13-week contract working the 8-hour evening shift from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm. This role offers a chance to work with advanced robotic surgical systems, including the da Vinci SP, in a Level II Trauma Center renowned for its expertise in neuro, ortho, and robotic surgeries. You will be responsible for supporting a narrow 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring seamless surgical procedures across various specialties such as neuro, ortho, and outpatient GYN. The assignment emphasizes resilience and adaptability, with all shifts needing to be covered and any absences made up within two weeks. Previous travel experience is required, and familiarity with Epic charting is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills in a technologically advanced environment while contributing to a facility recognized for excellence in robotic surgery.
