Job Description:

This assignment offers an opportunity for Circulator Nurses to engage in a fast-paced surgical environment at a Level III Trauma facility. The role involves managing a variety of surgical cases across specialties such as General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Hand, and Podiatry. You'll coordinate patient care from preparation through completion, ensuring safety, precise documentation, and efficient workflow. The position demands adaptability, a strong knowledge of surgical procedures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the surgical team. Work hours are structured as evening shifts, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours for a duration of 13 weeks. Call duties are split among team members, including weekday calls from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekend 12-hour shifts. This role provides the chance to gain exposure to a broad range of surgical procedures while supporting patient safety and surgical accuracy in a busy hospital setting.
