Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Circulator RN for a 13-week travel assignment in beautiful Naples, Florida. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work alongside a dedicated surgical team, assisting during a wide variety of procedures including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, and Gynecology. The workflow is fast-paced but rewarding, with a focus on ensuring smooth, efficient surgeries by helping with supplies, case management, and physician support. Expect a blend of hands-on coordination and leadership in a setting where every day brings a new challenge—think of it as the ultimate puzzle, with patient safety and exceptional outcomes as the goal. Shifts are 10 hours long, from early morning to late afternoon or evening, with on-call responsibilities, and the flexibility to float between campuses keeps things interesting.
