This 13-week travel assignment in Winston-Salem, NC, is perfect for experienced orthopedic and neuro spine registered nurses. You'll work 12-hour day shifts from 06:45 to 19:15, providing specialized care in a fast-paced med-surg unit. Your responsibilities will include managing post-surgical patients, handling pain control, and navigating telemetry and IV starts — all critical in this orthopedic-focused environment.
