Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract, working overnight shifts in Greeneville, Tennessee. This role involves providing direct support in a hospital setting with a 1:7 patient-to-nurse ratio. You'll be responsible for delivering quality care during 12-hour night shifts, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a schedule that offers a stable and predictable routine. Floating between departments may be required, and participation in clinical education and mentorship is expected. The position is ideal for travelers with a minimum of 100 miles from the hospital, who are looking to immerse themselves in a fast-paced, rewarding environment while contributing to patient recovery and comfort.
