Job Description:

This RN position on a Nephrology unit offers a rewarding chance to work with patients undergoing complex renal treatments such as dialysis, transplant recovery, and related medical procedures. The role involves bedside reporting, patient rounding, and collaborations with a dedicated team to support patients throughout their nephrology care journey. You'll be responsible for maintaining patient safety, administering medications, and assisting with various treatments within a 21-bed unit that features mostly private rooms and overhead lift equipment. The shift is 12 hours long—day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM—and the assignment spans approximately 15 weeks with a schedule of 36 hours per week.
