Job Description:

Join a specialized Outpatient Infusion RN role in Utica, NY, where you'll be a vital part of delivering chemotherapy and infusion therapies to adult and geriatric patients. This position involves working on a 5x8 day schedule, providing infusion treatments in a fast-paced outpatient setting, and utilizing technology like EPIC, Omnicell, and Alaris pumps. The work focuses on oncology, neuro, anemia, and GI conditions, with a mix of routine and urgent infusions, including blood product administration. Candidates should have at least one year of outpatient infusion experience and be Chemotherapy Certified. Expect to float within the unit when necessary and work with equipment like elastomeric pumps and glucometers, ensuring patient safety and comfort are front and center.
