Job Description:

Join a busy Emergency Department in Meridian, Idaho, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. As an ER RN in this high-acuity setting, you'll be managing a wide range of cases, including trauma, stroke, STEMI, and pediatric emergencies. With a 45-bed unit featuring dedicated trauma and resuscitation bays, you'll experience a fast-paced environment where rapid assessment and stabilization are key. Your responsibilities will include interpreting cardiac monitors, administering advanced drips, and collaborating with a team of physicians, mid-level providers, and support staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 2.5 years of ER experience from a large urban hospital and preferably trauma training, ready to handle high-acuity patients and support the department's level IV trauma designation while working alongside dedicated security and in-house RTs.
