Job Description:

This 13-week contract position in the Pediatric ICU at Mercy Hospital Springfield calls for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion for pediatric critical care. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse range of pediatric patients, including trauma, respiratory issues, sepsis, and post-surgical care, utilizing your expertise in ventilator management and PICU protocols. The role includes working 12-hour day shifts, from 6:30am to 7:00pm, including required weekend hours. This assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team in a well-equipped ICU, using EPIC electronic medical records, and demands a minimum of two years PICU experience with vent competence.
