Job Description:

Join the healthcare team as a Med Surg Float Pool nurse in Philadelphia, providing vital nursing care across multiple medical-surgical units. This role offers an engaging mix of patient assignments, requiring quick adaptability to different settings within Temple University Hospital's inpatient wards, step-down units, and the Emergency Department. You'll be functioning independently, applying your strong clinical judgment to deliver quality care, while enjoying the variety that comes with floating to various units. The work involves managing a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on standard shifts, with orientation at the main campus followed by a brief visit to the Women and Families location. This assignment is ideal for experienced nurses comfortable with EPIC systems and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility and professionalism.
