Job Description:

Join us for an exciting 13-week travel contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where you'll work in a vibrant, challenging Level III NICU. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, providing an excellent chance to gain specialized experience in a highly staffed unit with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio. You’ll use EPIC charting and Pyxis medication systems, making this a perfect fit for experienced NICU RNs seeking a new adventure. Expect a mix of hands-on patient care and collaborative protocols that keep you engaged, all while enjoying an assignment that values your expertise and dedication. And yes, while the work is serious, the setting offers moments to appreciate—perhaps even with a splash of tropical-themed scrubs to keep things light.

Weekly Hours: 36 hours
This role offers an excellent opportunity for RNs with at least 2 years of Level III NICU experience, holding a current Indiana RN license, along with BLS and NRP certifications. Orientation includes 8 hours of training Monday through Friday for the first two weeks, with mandatory attendance. You may be asked to float to Peds/PICU as needed, working in a well-staffed 31-bed unit designed to foster your growth and expertise in neonatal intensive care.
