Job Description:

Join our ICU float pool contract in Beverly Hills, California, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a top-tier medical facility while floating to various units including MS/Tele, PCU, overflow PACU, and other stepdown areas. This 13-week assignment involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing a chance to experience different hospital settings and expand your ICU expertise. You'll be handling complex patient cases, utilizing your skills in PA lines and Swan Ganz catheter care, and keeping the ICU running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a collaborative team experience and exposes you to a variety of clinical scenarios that sharpen your critical thinking skills.
