Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care facility in Memphis as a Step Down Registered Nurse. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center, where you'll be providing specialized care in a fast-paced environment. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule (07:00 - 19:00), and you'll be part of a dedicated team managing a 1:12 nurse-to-patient ratio with team nursing involving RNs, LPNs, and med nurses. This assignment is ideal for experienced nurses with at least two years of recent trauma or med-surg experience who thrive in a collaborative hospital setting.
