Job Description:

Join us for a 14-week travel RN Case Manager role at LBH - Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland. This position is perfect for experienced inpatient case managers ready to step into a fast-paced environment, focusing on the Emergency Department and medical inpatient units. You'll coordinate discharge planning and essential patient transitions, working closely with social workers to support adult and geriatric patients. The shift is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with opportunities to support up to 2 units during peak times. Flexibility is key as coverage needs may vary, and while there’s no on-call requirement, your expertise will be vital in managing complex cases independently after a few days of orientation. This role provides an engaging challenge for those with a minimum of 2 years of hospital inpatient RN Case Management experience, including discharge planning and managing complex Med-Surg and Critical Care patients. Candidates must hold an active Maryland RN license and BLS certification. Charting is done through Cerner, and the dress code is business casual.
