Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a float registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical, telemetry, and step-down units. This 13-week contract is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills as you float across various units, adapting to different patient needs and workflows. The role involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 12-hour schedule. With a patient nurse ratio of 1:6 (flexing to 1:7), you’ll provide vital support to adult patients with diverse diagnoses, ensuring they receive attentive, quality care. You'll be working with a Cerner EMR system, using your primary IV skills and experience in telemetry to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. No first-time float travelers, please—this role is ideal for those with at least two years of MS/Tele experience and current South Carolina licensure.
