Job Description:

This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients during overnight shifts in an inpatient setting. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs are met. The position offers a hands-on experience with a focus on holistic patient evaluation and documentation, all while navigating the unique rhythms of night shifts.
