Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Kearney, Nebraska. You'll work night shifts for 12 hours, providing critical support to adult patients with conditions ranging from cardiac issues to renal failure. The role involves managing titratable medications such as Heparin and Dopamine, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with charge nurses and patient care techs. The environment emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and continuous learning, with an eye on elevating patient satisfaction scores. Expect to be part of a diverse team serving primarily Hispanic and Somali populations, where good communication and adaptability are essential.
