Job Description:

Join us as a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse in Bridgeton, Missouri, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the chance to care for a diverse patient population in a highly reputable hospital known for its Magnet designation and Level II Trauma designation. You'll be providing critical care on a flexacuity unit that integrates PCU, Stepdown, and Telemetry services, making each shift both challenging and rewarding. Be prepared to work every other weekend and during key holiday periods, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Certifications like BLS are a must, and ACLS and NIHSS are strongly preferred, reflecting the team's commitment to excellence.
