Job Description:

Join the team for a 13-week contract on an intermediate care unit in Rockford, Illinois. This role is perfect for experienced registered nurses skilled in managing stroke, cardiac, sepsis, and post-surgical patients. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, providing critical care and participating in procedures like trach cares, BiPAP, and IV titrations. The environment encourages teamwork, with charge nurses available 24/7 and support staff like CNAs to assist you. Expect to handle titratable drips such as Heparin, Nitro, and Cardizem, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment including ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP machines.
