Job Description:

Join a healthcare team on a 13-week travel contract as a Case Manager RN at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves coordinating patient discharges, performing assessments, and collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced, step-down unit setting. The shift runs from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a balanced schedule without weekend commitments. Experience with Meditech and Midas systems is required, and previous HCA hospital experience is a plus.
