Job Description

Join a specialized ICU float team as a Registered Nurse supporting critical-care units across trauma, oncology, cardiac, neurology, medicine, and other inpatient services. This assignment is designed for an experienced ICU nurse who can work independently, adapt quickly between units, and manage complex cases on 12-hour night shifts. You may float to inpatient floors when ICU census is low, with floor assignments capped at a 1:3 ratio, or assist as a patient sitter when needed. ICU assignments maintain a 2:1 ratio. Strong experience with ventilators, IV starts, telemetry, conscious sedation, vasoactive drips, and advanced critical-care monitoring is important. CRRT experience is beneficial, and prior EPIC experience is strongly preferred. BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certification are required. Weekend and holiday rotation is part of the schedule, and first-time travelers are not accepted.

Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Schedule: Three shifts per week, 36 hours per week
