Job Description:

Provide high-acuity nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a General Intensive Care Unit in Philadelphia. You will assess and monitor critically ill patients, manage mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care, administer and titrate vasoactive medications, interpret telemetry and 12-lead ECGs, and support patients requiring complex medical and surgical interventions. The assignment includes 12-hour night shifts, no call requirement, and occasional float support to medical-surgical units. Care is documented in Epic, with opportunities to work alongside physicians, respiratory therapists, dialysis teams, and other critical care professionals.
