Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare assignment in Oakland as a Registered Nurse Case Manager supporting pediatric patients and families across complex care journeys. This role is well suited for an RN with pediatric case management experience and a background in NICU or PICU settings. You will coordinate services, support care planning, track patient needs, and help families navigate transitions across multiple facilities. The assignment follows a consistent weekday schedule, with the opportunity to bring organization and clinical insight to care coordination—one thoughtful plan at a time.
