Job Description:

Join a critical care team in Augusta, Georgia, as a travel Registered Nurse. In this role, you will assess complex patients, develop and evaluate individualized plans of care, respond to changes in condition, and coordinate treatment with an interdisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care during 12-hour day shifts, support patients and families through critical moments, document care thoroughly, and use evidence-based nursing practices to promote safe outcomes. The assignment also offers opportunities to contribute to quality improvement, shared governance, mentoring, and clinical practice initiatives.
