Job Description:

Join our ICU float pool team in Burlington, Vermont, for a 16-week contract that offers a mix of challenges and experiences. As an ICU RN, you'll be floating across various units, including medical ICU, overflow neuro, SICU, and general ICU, managing multiple critically ill patients with complex needs. Expect to start IVs, manage titrated drips, and handle critical ventilator care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses comfortable working with diverse patient populations and equipped to adapt to different units within a top-tier teaching hospital setting. The schedule involves 12-hour night shifts, with flexibility required to accommodate the unit's needs and ensure optimal patient care. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to hone critical skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while enjoying the scenic surroundings of Vermont.
