Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for a PACU Registered Nurse providing immediate postoperative care in a specialized recovery setting. You will monitor airways, pain levels, vital signs, and recovery needs before patients transition to continued observation. The assignment includes caring for surgical patients, with pediatric operating room experience required. Work three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with on-call coverage typically one night per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travelers may float to units with similar or lower acuity when needed. Bring your recovery-room expertise and get ready to make the post-surgery handoff look easy.
