Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel ICU RN assignment in Roswell, NM, where your expertise will be crucial in a setting that balances intensive care with stepdown responsibilities. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekends, with floating to stepdown and medical-surgical units. This role offers a chance to experience the unique charm of Eastern New Mexico while applying your skills in a supportive environment that values adaptability and precision. The unit features 16 beds, patient ratios of 1:2 and 1:3-4 on stepdown, and utilizes Cerner electronic medical records.
