Job Description:

Support Northern Region laboratory operations in Madras during a leadership transition as an experienced contract laboratory supervisor. You will oversee daily laboratory operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, competency management, and accreditation readiness while serving as a resource for laboratory leaders and frontline staff. The role also includes bench work as operational needs require, making it a hands-on assignment for a laboratory professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with team leadership. Epic Beaker experience is strongly preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field, MLS(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certification, at least three years of generalist laboratory experience, and at least one year of laboratory leadership experience. Holiday coverage is required; you may request one major holiday off but must work the other two.
